2016-02657, 2016-02659 Arch Bay Holdings, LLC, plaintiff-respondent, v Leonard Schewehr, as executor of estate of Doris Schewehr, defendant-respondent; Hampton Dream Properties, LLC, nonparty-appellant. (Index No. 30362/11)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Hampton Dream Properties, LLC, from a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated November 13, 2015. By order to show cause dated June 16, 2016, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the nonparty-appellant was not aggrieved by the judgment or the order.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
BALKIN, J.P., SGROI, COHEN and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
