Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 2, 2014, and March 17, 2015, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Fares A. Rumi, Esq., dated July 24, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
