Petitioner-respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Wayne County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on June 4, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of V. Bruce Chambers, Esq., sworn to July 9, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 11, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 4, 2016, and inserting in its place the date September 19, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 11, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 19, 2016, and inserting in its place the date October 4, 2016.
