Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 24, 2015, October 20, 2015, and December 11, 2015, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2016, the matter was remitted to the Supreme Court, Rockland County, to report on whether that court considered the material on pages SR1 through SR5 of the proposed supplemental record in determining the motions that resulted in the orders dated October 20, 2015, or December 11, 2015, and the motion was held in abeyance in the interim. The Supreme Court, Rockland County, has filed its report dated July 8, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the report of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated July 8, 2016, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
