Motion by the plaintiff for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 6, 2016, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 30, 2014, and for poor person relief.
