ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the brief of respondent and for permission to file and serve an oversized brief of respondent is granted, and the brief of respondent is deemed timely filed and served, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the reply brief is granted, and the time is extended to August 26, 2016, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to strike portions of the brief and appendix of appellant is granted to the extent that pages A413-A460 of the appendix of appellant and all references thereto in the brief of appellant are hereby deemed stricken, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to supplement the record is granted. Respondent shall file, on or before August 31, 2016, seven copies of pages SR 57-66 and SR 72-82 in reduced size for insertion into the record by the office of the Clerk of the Court.
