Motion by Frank G. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 2, 2016, to stay enforcement of stated portions of that order pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to permit the subject children to remain in Florida pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and, in effect, to clarify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 2, 2016, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated August 2, 2016, as directed that the subject children be relocated to Orange County, New York, by August 19, 2016, is granted, and that portion of the order is stayed pending determination of the appeals pending under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2015-03703, 2015-03707, 2015-05209, and 2015-08463; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the matter is referred back to the Family Court, Orange County, for the issuance of an order providing Renee P.-F. with an appropriate temporary visitation schedule in light of the stay granted by this Court.
