Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated July 27, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal is deemed to be an application for leave to appeal and leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
