Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Second District, rendered December 7, 2009, and from an order of the same court entered April 15, 2016. The notice of appeal was filed on June 30, 2016.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the appeal as is from the judgment of conviction is dismissed as untimely (see CPL 460.10); and it is further,
ORDERED that so much of the appeal as is from the order is dismissed, as the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
