Application by the respondents North American Partners in Anesthesia, Joseph Marino, and Paul Weinberg, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 9, 2014, and January 7, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 29, 2016, the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
