Application by Frank Lomangino and Joro Carting, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 23, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
