DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for this Court to take judicial notice of a transcript of proceedings which occurred in the Family Court, Dutchess County, on January 21, 2016, as well as certain documents on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 21, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for this Court to take judicial notice of the transcript of proceedings which occurred on January 21, 2016, is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for the Court to take judicial notice of certain documents is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary as the appellant's brief was filed on August 4, 2016.
