Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 23, 2013, and appeals from an order of the same court dated December 10, 2015, and two judgments of the same court dated December 10, 2015, and February 9, 2016, respectively, to consolidate the appeal from the amended order dated December 23, 2013, with the remaining appeals, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals from the order dated December 10, 2015, and the judgments.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is granted and the appeals from the order dated December 10, 2015, and the judgments will be calendared expeditiously after all briefs have been filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
