Motion by the appellants to stay service, execution, and enforcement of a certain judicial subpoena and to stay T. D. Bank from producing any documents or otherwise complying with the subpoena, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 16, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
