DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Vioris Robinson from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 23, 2015. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 9, 2016, the attorney for the appellant was suspended from the practice of law in the State of New York for a period of one year, commencing April 11, 2016.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that on or before August 19, 2016, the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the appellant and the respondent's counsel by regular mail, which service shall constitute notice to the appellant to appoint a new attorney pursuant to CPLR 321(c); and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before September 23, 2016, the appellant shall advise the Clerk of this Court and the respondent's counsel (1) the name and address of the appellant's new attorney or (2) that the appellant is proceeding pro se; and it is further,

ORDERED that, if, on or before September 23, 2016, the appellant fails to appoint a new attorney and advise the Clerk of this Court and the respondent's counsel of that attorney's name and address, the appellant shall be deemed to be proceeding pro se; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 24, 2016, and the record or appendix on appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
