Appeal by Thomas J. Usher III from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (IDV Part), dated February 9, 2016. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and Judiciary Law § 35, and upon the certification Eric J. Knapp, Esq., dated June 30, 2016, it is
