Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michelle Martin, sworn to July 26, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of M. Mark Howden, Esq., sworn to August 1, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes, among other things, an affidavit describing appellant's current living arrangements and the method by which she supports herself and meets her financial obligations.
