Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 19, 2015, as directed the sale of the premises located in Astoria, New York, and to stay enforcement of three orders of the same court one dated May 19, 2016, and two dated June 8, 2016, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment and the orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
