ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated August 11, 2016, in the above-entitled appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated October 5, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "August 10, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "September 9, 2016."
