| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 13, 2015, and October 21, 2015, respectively, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
