On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 11, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 22, 2016, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "April 1, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "June 22, 2016," and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 15, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "April 1, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "June 22, 2016."
