ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 20, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal, is amended by deleting therefrom the date "August 19, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "September 19, 2016."
