Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 17, 2015, to vacate a stay of the sale of the subject premises and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2016, is vacated forthwith.
