DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to direct the appellants to serve and file a replacement brief and supplemental appendix on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 20, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental appendix and replacement brief is granted, and on or before September 23, 2016, the appellants shall serve and file and a supplemental appendix that contains the following material submitted in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated October 20, 2014: Exhibits A through M annexed to the affirmation of Fernando C. Rivera-Maissonet dated May 23, 2014, pages 4 and 5 of the affidavit of Maleita V. Moffitt and Exhibits 1 through 4 annexed to that affidavit, and Exhibits A through D annexed to the reply affirmation of Fernando C. Rivera-Maissonet dated October 17, 2014, and a replacement brief that contains the pages omitted from the original brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 24, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
