Applications by the appellant Prospect Park Residence Home Health Care, Inc., and the appellant Kohl Asset Management, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 30-day enlargement of time to serve and file their reply briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 29, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file their respective reply briefs is enlarged until September 7, 2016, the applicants' reply briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
