| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 21, 2015, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the memoranda of law filed by the parties in the Supreme Court, Rockland County, in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated May 21, 2015, and for leave to file the supplemental record under seal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, on or before September 8, 2016, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the memoranda of law; the supplemental record shall be filed under seal, and the supplemental record shall remained sealed upon filing.
