Appeal by Versaron Cooper from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 24, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 10, 2016, the trial in the above-entitled action was stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before July 11, 2016. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 10, 2016, is vacated forthwith.
