| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Gus Goussetis, as guardian of the person of Mary Goussetis, and Paraskevi Goussetis from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 28, 2016, and March 31, 2016, respectively. By order to show cause dated July 12, 2016, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause why the appeals by Mary Goussetis should or should not be dismissed on the ground that Gus Goussetis, as guardian of the person of Mary Goussetis, did not have authority to file a notice of appeal on behalf of Mary Goussetis.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals by Mary Goussetis is granted, and the appeals by Mary Goussetis are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
