| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-appellants on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated October 13, 2015, to direct the petitioners-respondents to file with the Clerk of the Court for in camera review, the documents that were submitted to the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, for in camera review in connection with the motions that were determined by the order dated October 13, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before September 25, 2016, the petitioners-respondents shall file, under seal, with the Clerk of the Court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, the documents that were submitted to the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, for in camera review in connection with the motions that were determined by the order dated October 13, 2015, and those documents shall remained sealed upon filing.
