| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Victor N. Koltun from an order of the County Court, Orange County, dated January 15, 2015. By order to show cause dated June 30, 2016, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the order dated January 15, 2015, is not appealable either by right or by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10; 450.15).
