Motion by the appellant pro se to waive the filing fee on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 13, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to pay the filing fee is extended until October 11, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that upon payment of the filing fee the briefs submitted to the Clerk of this Court will be accepted for filing and deemed timely served, and the Clerk of this Court will issue an order directing when the respondent's brief is to be served and filed.
