Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve response papers with respect to defendant's motion for writ of error coram nobis,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of R. Michael Tantillo, Esq. sworn to July 6, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Frank Garcia dated July 12, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to file and serve a response to said motion is extended to September 19, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the defendant shall file a reply, if any, on or before October 19, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the remaining relief requested by defendant in his statement dated July 12, 2016 is denied.
