| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 20, 2014, on the ground that the order is not an appealable paper, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to file a response to the respondent's motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellants' motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the respondent's motion which is to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the respondent's motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 26, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
