| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent for poor person relief, to relieve counsel assigned by the Supreme Court, Kings County, and the for the assignment of new counsel on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 24, 2016.
On the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, former assigned counsel, Philip Groner, 30 Wall Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10005, is directed to turn over all papers in the above-entitled action to new counsel, herein assigned, and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
