| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 26, 2014, and December 2, 2014, respectively, on the ground that the right of direct appeal therefrom terminated upon entry of judgment in the above-entitled action on June 27, 2016, or to consolidate the appeals from the orders with appeals from the judgment and an order of the same court dated May 3, 2016, or to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals from the orders dated August 26, 2014 and December 2, 2014, is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date.
