v Yvens Nelson, appellant.

(Docket No. F-25737-12)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Yvens Nelson from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 9, 2016. By scheduling order dated July 5, 2016, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until July 25, 2016. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
