Motion by Stanley Davis pro se, inter alia, for poor person relief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated February 22, 2016, and to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by Stanley Davis, inter alia, to correct the notice of appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-06592 and for leave to prosecute that appeal on the original papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, for poor person relief and to consolidate the appeals, and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to correct the notice of appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2016-06592 and for leave to prosecute that appeal on the original papers, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
