ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal by Hin Y. Limtung from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 28, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 11, 2015, the appellant was directed to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing the order to show cause and papers filed in support of the order to show cause that resulted in the order dated January 28, 2015, on or before January 11, 2016. The supplemental appendix has not been filed.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeal based on the appellant's failure to file the supplemental appendix pursuant to the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 11, 2015, by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court, and serving one copy of the same on each other, on or before September 14, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties by regular mail.
