ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated July 6, 2016, April 1, 2016, October 20, 2015, and March 27, 2015, respectively, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered August 21, 2014, are amended by deleting from the caption thereof the Indictment No. "1755/14 " and substituting therefor the Indictment No. "175/14."
