Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 14, 2010, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief upon remitittur from the Court of Appeals, upon an order of the Court of Appeals dated June 7, 2016, reversing a decision and order of this Court dated August 27, 2014, which reversed the judgment rendered July 14, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
