Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties dated August 23, 2016, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the appeal insofar as taken against the respondents Zbigniew Kosinski and Zbigniew Kosinski, doing business as Zygy Renovations, is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
