DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 25, 2016, to direct the appellants to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 17, 2016, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing (1) the amended trial subpoena ad testificandum dated September 2, 2011, with affidavit of service dated September 8, 2011, (2) three letters dated October 5, 2011, from Mark S. Mulholland to Planet Laundry, Inc., Christopher Mayor, and Thomas Castellano, respectively, with affidavit of service dated October 5, 2011, (3) affidavits of service dated May 3, 2002, October 12, 2005, and February 27, 2008, (4) color copies of the photographs marked as Exhibits 1-A through 1-I, (5) the entire posttrial memoranda of law of the parties submitted after the trial on the issue of damages, and (6) the compilation prepared by the respondents' attorney containing trial transcripts, marked pleadings, and deposition excerpts submitted in connection with the trial on the issue of liability.
