ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 25, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated September 10, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 25, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "September 26, 2016."
