Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Seneca on May 2, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavith of Shannon V. Campbell sworn to August 11, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 27, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 19, 2016, and inserting in its place the date October 18, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 27, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date September 23, 2016, and inserting in its place the date November 22, 2016.
