ORDERED that the order to show cause of this Court dated July 29, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 4, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 15, 2016," and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 4, 2016."
