ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before September 15, 2016, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing pages 2 and 3 of the order dated June 4, 2015, and pages 7 through 10 of the verified complaint or insert those pages at the appropriate location in the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of this Court.
