| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to modify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 6, 2016, which stayed all proceedings in the above-entitled matters pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 12, 2016, to allow the appellant to make an application in the Family Court, Nassau County, to extend any existing temporary order of protection and to direct that the temporary order of protection dated February 18, 2016, shall remain in effect until the Family Court, Nassau County, determines any application made by the appellant to extend the temporary order of protection.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 6, 2016, is modified to allow the appellant to make an application in the Family Court, Nassau County, to extend any existing temporary order of protection and the temporary order of protection dated February 18, 2016, shall remain in effect until the Family Court, Nassau County, determines any application made by the appellant to extend the temporary order of protection, and the motion is otherwise denied.
