ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 23, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 26, 2013, is amended by deleting from third paragraph thereof the date "December 8, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "June 2, 2016."
