| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Donald P. Del Duca, Donald Del Duca, South Shore Estate Sales, Inc., and John Maloney to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 3, 2015. Cross motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents Donald P. Del Duca, Donald Del Duca, South Shore Estate Sales, Inc., and John Maloney to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 30, 2016, and the brief of the respondents Donald P. Del Duca, Donald Del Duca, South Shore Estate Sales, Inc., and John Maloney must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied as premature.
