v Suzanne McCormick, appellant.

(Index No. 55158/14)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 17, 2015, and January 8, 2016, and a judgment of the same court dated May 12, 2015, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Cross motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved because the orders and the judgment were entered upon her default.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
